Flyingraphics design and sell T-shirts and wall art for aviation enthusiasts; an extremely successful business, Flyingraphics have clients and followers from all over the world.

Challenges

As a growing small business, Flyingraphics had identified the need for an e-commerce website to replace their old static Joomla website.  They were successfully selling products on eBay and via trade shows, however, a direct point of sale for their t-shirts and high quality prints was required. Due to time constraints, both cost and ease of use were priority.

Flyingraphics approached Siruss to provide them with a cost effective, easily manageable e-commerce solution.

Solution

Flyingraphics designers had a clear vision of how they wanted the website to look and function in all areas, with hundreds of products to manage and a requirement for EPOS connectivity, Shopify was our recommended platform.

Our Shopify developers programmed a versatile custom theme exactly to the client's specifications with multiple custom templates for different product categories, product types, galleries and information pages.

Flyingraphics ship their product all around the world and had complex shipping cost requirements. Our developers approached this via a custom extension that dynamically calculated shipping costs for mixed product purchases, anywhere in the world.

EPOS integration with the website was enabled.  This allowed physical purchases at trade shows to be linked with the website, in order to centralise stock control whilst management of all orders from the multiple channels was centralised, providing a single point of management for all sales.

The Siruss SEO team performed a full review of the client's business, applied a strategy and full SEO setup on the website to promote the website on the search engines.

Results & Success

Following launch, the website has gone from strength to strength.  The client was extremely happy with the overall solution and it has been well received by all of their customers, this is reflected in ongoing sales, which have been consistently strong.

Shopify provided the client with the ideal solution at an affordable cost, with the benefit of a consistent, manageable monthly cost.

The website also benefits from an ongoing rise in organic traffic and is placing well in the search engines for all of the keywords and phrases identified by the SEO team.
